I saw the design in Megami magazine and loved it. I had no idea what it was from till later on. Cathleen and I wanted to Cosplay together for Ai-Kon, this was a cute style we both liked.

I was able to play with the design a bit with the sleeves and with the costume itself. Kupo had been such a great help in the past, I asked her to do this costume for me. There were a number of alternations I did once I received the costume since she wasn’t able to fit me, but it’s a very adorable outfit! The Costume is a jacket with a small skirt underneath. You have to wear a petticoat with this to get the poof! The pill box hat was bought in a 2nd hand store. The bells make the outfit very noisy; I had to wrap the cowbell in piece of fabric just to muffle the sound, other wise i make a rackette |
