You know this story: Two of my cosplaying guy friends wanted to do a group, and Samurai Champloo had just come out so we all agreed to do it. The series totally cracked me up, and Fuu was spunky! Plus what anime girl wouldn’t want to have a Kimono? |

A basic Kimono pattern was used, the flowers were silk screened on. I didn’t think I would have someone who knew how to tie an obi around me all the time, so the obi was premade with a zipper on the side. The dagger is hand painted with a plastic metal looking blade; all the charms on the blade were also included. I tried to be as accurate as possible thought.

Originally I stole my dogs stuffed squirrel and used it for Momo, but then I got the official release. I don't think my dog ever got her toy back.
We never really managed to get many pictures as a group. It’s one of those comfortable Sunday costumes.
